How Do We Work with Your Firm?

Staff Augmentation (SA) is ideal for creative work peaks; you integrate our talent (architects, designers) into your team and maintain operational control. Project Outsourcing (PO) is for delegating technical work packages (drawings, BIM) where we manage the delivery by objectives.
Our location in Mexico allows us to operate in the same time zone as most firms in the U.S. (Central Time). We use tools like Slack, Zoom, and Asana for smooth, real-time communication, supplemented by daily or weekly meetings.
Security is our priority. We operate with a robust IT infrastructure, data encryption, and non-disclosure agreements (NDAs). Contractually, all Intellectual Property generated for your project is fully transferred to your firm.

Our Services in Detail

We work with a LOD (Level of Development) Quality Matrix that adapts to each project phase. We can deliver from LOD 200 for conceptual design to LOD 400 for construction and fabrication documentation, ensuring the precise level of detail you require.
Our team is expert in the Autodesk ecosystem (Revit, AutoCAD, 3ds Max), as well as Rhino, SketchUp, V-Ray, and Enscape. We adapt to your workflows and software standards to ensure seamless integration.
Every deliverable undergoes a rigorous internal QA/QC process led by a Project Manager before being sent for your review. This process is defined by Service Level Agreements (SLAs) that guarantee consistency and technical excellence in every work package.
